APID in action

In the heart of arid areas of northern Kenya, Wajir County stands as a testament to both the challenges and the remarkable resilience of its people. Among these challenges, one stands out with transformative potential; the education of young girls. APID is steadfast in supporting access to education, especially for girls. This is the story of Hani Hassan, a form 3 student at Wajir Girls High School. Like many girls in Wajir County, she dreams of a brighter future, a future supported by APID’s passion for a better community for everyone.
