Growth Journey

Over the past decade, APID has continuously expanded its geographic reach, technical expertise, institutional systems, and strategic partnerships. Today, we operate across Kenya, Somalia, and Ethiopia, implementing integrated programmes that connect climate resilience, peacebuilding, governance, livelihoods, water security, protection, health, and education.

Our 2026–2030 Strategic Plan marks the next phase of our growth, transitioning APID from a project implementation organization into a leading resilience organization that strengthens systems, influences policy, and delivers impact at scale.
